Very carefully! Your items are directly shipped from our studio, no third party services. Most items ship in boxes with tissue paper & padding. Some items may be shipped in a padded envelope (stickers, keychains) or a tube (large art prints).

You can reach us anytime via our contact page. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

We will replace any items that are damaged upon receipt, and work with you about any other issues. Please contact us with your concerns!

The Short of it:

We only use your info for fulfilling your orders, it is never shared or sold. If you sign up for the newsletter you'll be notified about new releases, promotions, etc. but your info will never be sold or shared with any other entity. That's it!
