By turns a philosopher, writer, speaker, and plumber, Ryan Theiler dabbles in crafting bows, arrows, hunting points, and essays, and has a degree in philosophy and environmental ethics from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point.

He is the author of “Sunday Morning Buck” and has had articles published in outdoors-focused publications such as Traditional Bowhunter Magazine, TradArcher’s World Magazine, Fur-Fish-Game Magazine, and Wisconsin Natural Resources Magazine.

Ryan enjoys cold mornings, fresh snow, wood stoves with Dutch ovens full of wild game, good books, and the smell of cedar arrows. He makes his home in Western Wisconsin with his wife, son, and dog, where he enjoys the pursuit of all things wild and free.
